At Almond Surfboards & Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted gear and apparel. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods at our workshop, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
