Our 6'4 R-Series Pleasant Pheasant is both.  The rugged closed-cell foam ensures that any bumps and bruises that you collect during travel won't keep you out of the water.  The generously volumed 6'4" frame gives you enough foam for consistent, confident wave-catching and maximum control in better waves, and enough volume and rail line for cruisey trimming when the waves are small.
